Why did you select this trailer to show the class?
When it comes to movies in all genres, musicals always come to my mind first. Blended the elements of music and dance with drama, musicals can always be versatile and overwhelmingly appealing. High School Musical can be the outstanding example of all times. It takes people at home and abroad by storm. Through the first and second season, this time, it comes to the final season-Senior Year. The series of HSM are always trying to convey friendship, family love, perseverance and other inspiring features. We will find it stirring as it was used to be in High School Musical 3.
Based on the trailer, what do you think the movie is about?
Each season of High School Musical goes around with a main idea-dream. Both Troy, Gabriella and their fellows will soon graduate from the high school. They are gonna climb onto the next rung of ladder, entering their ideal colleges. However, it's not always happiness but bitterness. It will be a harsh time to farewell to the friends and leave far away; sometimes they are confused and can't believe in themselves. However, no matter how rugged the road will be, they can still weather the storm for their dreams by all means.
I am a big fan of High School Musical when I was a high school student. I love the first episode a lot, but the second episode let me down. That's why I didn't go to the theater to watch the film. After watching the trailer, it reminds me all the good memories I had in high school. So I think I would find some time to see this movie. Irene
